This Privacy Notice explains how Senddit ("Senddit," "we," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with our protocol, websites, mobile apps, or any related interface (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you disagree with any part of this Notice, please stop using the Services.

Senddit does not place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device. We rely solely on server-side logs for security, analytics, and troubleshooting.

5. Why & How We Use Personal Data

We process Personal Data to:

  • operate, secure, and improve the Services;
  • process and record transactions;
  • detect fraud, bots, or malicious activity;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations;
  • communicate with you about updates or support requests;
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of Senddit, users, or third parties.

Processing rests on one or more of the following: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or (where required) your consent.

We share Personal Data only as necessary with:

  • Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, compliance vendors) under strict data-processing agreements;
  • Senddit affiliates for purposes consistent with this Notice;

Senddit never sells Personal Data.

We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements. Records written to public blockchains are immutable and cannot be altered or erased by Senddit.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data. No Internet or storage system is completely secure; use the Services at your own risk and safeguard your private keys and devices.

9. International Transfers

Personal Data may be processed outside your home jurisdiction (including in the United States and the EEA). Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your Personal Data, to receive a portable copy, or to withdraw consent.
