Senddit Terms of Use (Concise Edition)
By accessing or using the Senddit protocol, website, mobile app, or any related interface (collectively "Senddit" or the "Service"), you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not accept every provision, do not use the Service.
⚠️ Important Risk Notice
Digital assets are highly volatile and you may lose their entire value. Legislative, technical, or market changes can render assets—or the Service itself—unusable or worthless. Senddit is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary.
3.1 Local compliance. You alone must ensure that your use of Senddit complies with every law, regulation, or licensing rule in your own jurisdiction.
3.2 Taxes. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes arising from your Senddit activity. Senddit neither provides tax advice nor withholds taxes on your behalf.
4.1 Automated scripts, crawlers, or trading bots may not interact with the Service without prior written consent.
4.2 Senddit deploys an Attestation-Based Transaction Authorisation (ABTA) system on a best-efforts basis to detect and block non-human activity. Senddit does not guarantee that ABTA will intercept every bot and is not liable for any loss caused by automated activity that evades—or is mistakenly flagged by—ABTA.
You must not: (a) engage in market manipulation, fraud, or other unlawful activity; (b) upload abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content; (c) interfere with the Service's security or performance. Senddit may remove content or restrict accounts at its sole discretion.
6.1 A protocol trading fee of 1% is taken from every buy and sell executed on Senddit's bonding curve.
6.2 The first purchase of any newly launched token includes an additional 0.0167 SOL surcharge, covering on-chain token-creation costs.
6.3 Migrating a token's liquidity to Raydium is optional. The initiating wallet pays 1 SOL to Senddit for facilitation plus 0.15 SOL forwarded on-chain to Raydium to open the pool.
6.4 Creator revenue share. While a token trades on Senddit's bonding curve, the creator receives 50% of the trading fee on that token (i.e., 0.5% of each trade), streamed in real time to the creator's wallet.
6.5 Creator royalty after migration. Once migrated to Raydium, the creator receives an irrevocable royalty—selected at launch in 5% increments from 0% to 25%—applied to LP-fee revenue generated by the Raydium pool.
6.6 All fees and surcharges are denominated in SOL, deducted on-chain, and are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed.
6.7 Senddit may introduce new fees or adjust existing ones at any time. Changes apply only to transactions confirmed after the update is published.
6.8 You remain solely responsible for any taxes arising from fees paid or revenue/royalties received through Senddit.
7.1 All blockchain instructions are irrevocable once submitted.
7.2 Senddit may decline, reverse, or cancel any transaction (where technically possible) to correct manifest errors or comply with law.
You are responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, devices, and 2-factor authentication credentials. Senddit is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your wallet or account.
Senddit may modify these Terms or the fee schedule at any time. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Senddit may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without prior notice for reasons including compliance, security, or misuse. Senddit is not liable for resulting losses.
Senddit and its licensors retain all rights in the Service. You grant Senddit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute content you upload as necessary to operate the Service.
12.1 "As-is" service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
12.2 No indirect damages. Senddit is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits.
12.3 Liability cap. Senddit's total cumulative liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to Senddit in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force-majeure & tech faults. Senddit is not responsible for losses caused by blockchain reorganisations, network congestion, smart-contract exploits, hardware failures, internet outages, or other force-majeure events.
Unless prohibited by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved by final, binding individual arbitration under LCIA rules in London. Class or collective actions are waived.

15.1 If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
15.2 You may not assign these Terms without Senddit's consent; Senddit may assign freely in a merger or reorganisation.
15.3 No waiver of any right is effective unless in writing and signed by Senddit.
End of Terms
